Villa Gelsomino is located about 300 meters from the sea, in one of the most desirable areas of the city of Avola, in a quiet and relaxing environment. From the villa you can easily reach restaurants, bars, supermarkets as well as the city center.

In addition, bike hire is available for a fee.

The house, newly built (2017) consists of entrance / living room with a sofa bed and a half, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and sleeping area with a double bed. In front of the house there is a comfortable patio complete with garden furniture and barbecue, to be able to fully enjoy the fantastic Sicilian climate.
